These rules are prepared for your health and safety. Management is not responsible of any one who does not obey the riding rules below.

• Children under 120cm. or 48" and  140cm. or 56" tallare not allowed to use some slides.
• Baby boats are free of charge against 10TL deposit amount. Please load credit and use your splash card. ( Baby boat available for 90-120cm )
• It is not recommended for people with physical disabilities, overweight, neck, back and heart complaints and pregnant women to use the slides within the park. High thriller and/or deep water attractions can be stressful for people who fear high speeds, height or enclosed places on some slides.
• Please follow the instructions given by the lifeguards and noted on the signs within the park. Violating the rules may cause you to seriously injure yourself and other guests.
• All babies and toddlers under the age of (3) are required to wear approved "swim diapers" when entering any pool or attraction. Regular diapers are not permitted.. Approved waterproved "swim diapers" are available for purchase at the marketstore or next to the ice-cream store located at the kid’s pool. In the event of any accident in the swimming pool ( baby poop), they will be closed for your      children health.
• The guests who has infectious diseases, diarrhea and vomiting are requested not to use the pools and slides.
• Due to safety and hygiene procedures we are checking the bags during the entrance. Foods, beverages and glass objects are strictly forbidden to take inside the park.
• We do not accept any refunds, even if it starts raining.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult during the activities.
• Children’s life jackets are free of charge and strongly recommended for children who can not swim well, please refer to the Info Center with your ID. (25€ will be charged for lost or damaged life jackets.)
• Leave jewellery and glasses behind while swimming and sliding.        
• Please keep your valuables in safe boxes. Aqua Fantasy is not responsible for any lost items.
• Cash is not used in the park. Please load your splash cards at the loading center.
• 5 TL will be charged for lost or damaged splash cards.
• Please show ID for children.
• T-shirts, shorts and body swimsuits is forbidden while sliding from body slides.
• Please do not run or play horse in the park.
• Please take a shower before entering the pools or before using the activities..
• Triple boats are used on some of the slides that are available for rent. You can receive it from the Info Center with your receipt.
• Lockers are free of charge against a deposit amount. Please load credit and use your splash card. (10 TL will be charged for lost or damaged locker keys.)
• Entry cards are used for a single entrance and a single exit.
• All the photos, received videos and audio recordings are taken by you only for your personal use. Without our written permission, it is strictly forbidden to use them for any commercial purposes.
• No pets allowed.
• In case of any technical or operational problems, pools or attractions can be temporarily closed for your safety.
• Prices, dates, hours and attractions can be subject to change without notice.
• In addition, the rules concerning the activities are shown in all the signs and controlled by officials.
